We are a family-run boutique hotel created with the intention of offering a calm and welcoming environment where guests can relax and enjoy the authentic character of Pelion. Every space has been designed to provide comfort, simplicity, and functionality, allowing guests to experience a restful stay. As a “sleep wellness” hotel, we prioritize excellent sleep conditions. To do so, we emphasize on offering all the necessary sleep conditions and facilities such as soundproof rooms, premium mattresses, blackout curtains, pillow menus, sleep-enhancing lighting, and quiet environments. Pelion, the magical home land of Centaur Chiron, the mythical healer in the ancient Greek mythology, is a place of serenity and rejuvenation. In such an environment, Alkifron welcomes travelers seeking a quiet retreat and visitors who wish to discover the region through authentic local experiences in a slow living manner.

Although we are far from being called a sleep sanctuary, we are certainly a quiet retreat for deep restorative sleep. Our hotel is essentially a sleep laboratory disguised as a boutique hotel. Our key concept could be described in few bullets:

Location & Access
- Alkifron Hotel Sleep First is located 20m from the main road of Kala Nera.
- The beach is 800m from the hotel and is fully organized with sunbeds, cafes, and taverns.
- A bus stop (KTEL) is located 50m from the hotel, connecting the village with the city of Volos (17km).
- A pharmacy and a doctor can be found nearby in the village.

- Daily cleaning (except Sundays) and change of linens & towels every 2 days.
Stay Regulations
- Pets are allowed only in Garden View rooms, with an additional charge of 10€/day.
- Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
- Guests cannot select a specific room – assignments are made based on availability.
